Established in 1989, ANGEL DAY NURSERY provides a warm, loving, and joyful environment in a family-like setting for kids ages 5 months to 5 years.
Outside, a FULLY ENCLOSED GARDEN with a "Safe-Barked" play area, "Mud Kitchen," growing space, and grassed surface provides a rich learning environment and a healthy balance for outdoor fun. Inside, LARGE PLAYROOMS create a bright, happy, and airy atmosphere.
Being close to Sandford Park and the neighbourhood fire station allows us to take the kids on walks to explore the area, feed the ducks, and see the fire engines (with parents permission).
As the proprietor, I have earned Early Years Professional Status (EYPS), and I make sure that our FULLY QUALIFIED and EXPERIENCED STAFF are always available to encourage, care for, and attend to children while they engage in lots of imaginative and creative play, which is crucial for a child's development of personal character and self-confidence.
Children are encouraged to feel accomplished as they advance through several developmental stages while in the nursery, which helps them develop high levels of self-esteem.
FOR THE USE OF BOTH NURSERY AND FAMILY, NOTICE BOARDS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE NURSERY ARE A GREAT SOURCE OF NEWS AND INTEREST.
At the nursery, we also show PHOTOS of kids going about their daily lives and capturing important moments. These photos are later kept in the kids' learning journeys or sent home with the kids' parents.
We offer a carefully thought out and resourced curriculum to advance learning, give every child a chance to flourish, and create a setting where they are respected and cared for.
