When it comes to daycare, Active Kids Nursery goes above and beyond the norm by treating each kid as if they were our own. Our expansive, open-plan facility in Hove, East Sussex, cares for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with an emphasis on supplying each child with a stimulating, active learning environment. As a family-run business, we foster a "home away from home," and our belief that children learn best when they play develops each one of their special skills. In order to prepare all of our children for the future, we think that a stimulating atmosphere will aid in the development of active brains and healthy bodies.
We recognise that young children under the age of six pick up information extremely fast at Active Kids Nursery. They will swiftly pick up crucial cognitive abilities, such as reading and math, if they are gently pushed to study through engaging activities at this age. These abilities will prepare them for primary school and later life.
We are motivated by the Montessori and Waldorf systems, which are successfully utilised in nurseries all over the world to prepare kids for learning in a social context, and we cover every part of the EYFS curriculum. By encouraging kids to absorb knowledge from their environment, this will prepare them for a smooth transition into school.
