The easiest way to summarise our mindset and all we do is to always put children first.
With a strong ethic of care, we place a high value on developing loving relationships and a responsive manner in our interactions with everyone. By doing this, we nurture children's social and emotional wellness and contribute to the creation of a more compassionate and interconnected society.
We hope to lead and inspire the field by creating an ethical, cutting-edge, and sustainable early years care and education model, especially in terms of outdoor play and learning and staff professional development.
We value each individual鈥攕taff, students, and parents鈥攁nd strive to foster warm settings by treating everyone with respect.
Our focus is on providing individualised care and education, and we think that the children's joy, fun, and laughter are essential components of a successful programme.
Our main goal is to nurture children's growth and welfare as people. We do this by adopting a holistic approach, prioritising the needs of the kids, and hiring personnel that really like working with kids.
Our emphasis on the welfare of the children and staff includes providing freshly prepared, locally sourced meals wherever feasible.
Through Forest Schools and the specific features of each location, we actively promote outdoor learning and play in natural settings.
